It's a busy time over here at Wayward Central. The newest item to come across the desk is:

That's right, this coming Thursday, your Harbingers of Happiness will be opening for Drag the River! It will be Chad Price and Jon Snodgrass on acoustic and Cory Branan will play before them. However, if you get there early, you can rock out the triple header awesomeness this show will be.

    The Wayward Sons will continue to rehearse and get our set down to give you the maximum entertainment whenever you attend our show. There may even be a new addition to the line up, but rest assured,  we are solid with our current line up. If the addition works out it would just spice things up a bit... but that's all I'm gonna say about that. Don't wanna jinx anything.

Robert Duke

   This Friday night Huke will be playing at the Bayview Duck with the Whip Making, Trick Ropin', Dobro Cowboy himslef, Mr. Robert Duke. The Duck Provides some classic English Fare along with Alec's Famous Mixology, such as 'the Honey Castle', which features  Dundee Honey Brown and Newcastle Brown Ale and promises to be "Smooth for the Whistle!"

The Dragliners

   For those who require a little more rock 'em sock 'em for a Friday night, Nathan and Sam will be filling in some missing pieces with our very good friends, The Dragliners, at Rudyard's in an opening spot for some other very good friends GRIZZLY!

We would like to welcome Kev Harris to the Wayward Family. He is our New Drummer and we are excited to have him onboard. He has played around Houston with various projects... and 10 days after he auditioned played a Wayward show at the Corner Pub and did a killer job!

This is good news for all you Wayward fans, becuase it looks like we will have a solid line up of guys in it for the long haul. So load your guns kids, It's about to get Busy with the Sons!

Friday August 6th

Samuel Barker, Will be back in Memphis, TN this Friday, August 6th for a solo gig... So if any of you from Memphis check this site out go to Java Cabana and check him out.

Nathan Taylor will be in Amarillo this weekend and will be playing a few places out there. He shouldn't be hard to find, half of the town will naturally gravitate toward his location.

Saturday August 7th

Saturday night Huke Green and Randy Hill will be Playing at the Corner Pub in Conroe. They are holding a Benefit Honoring Arlene Duncan and Raising Awareness of Breast Cancer.

Music begins at 6:00.
Raffle Tickets $2.00 or Three for $5.00 - 25 raffles prizes.
BBQ food plates $5.00.
Lots of great music. Come by and bring your friends. $$$ for a great cause.

Randy and Huke will take the stage at 9pm.

Also on the bill are Jeremy Bankhead, The Sibs, Charles P and %10, Mike Amabile, and a few more TBA.
